New Delhi, June 2 -- Indian travellers can now make digital payments in Cambodia using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), following a partnership between NPCI International Payments Limited (NIPL), the international arm of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and ACLEDA Bank Plc.

The facility has been enabled through KHQR, Cambodia's national QR code system, allowing Indian users to make payments by scanning QR codes at over 4.5 million merchant outlets across the country.
