New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- India will host the CGIAR Science and Partnership Week 2027 in New Delhi from April 12 to 17, bringing together more than 5,000 delegates, including researchers, farmers, government representatives, startups and businesses from across the world.

The event will be organised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), in collaboration with CGIAR.

DARE Secretary and ICAR Director General Dr M. L. Jat said the event would focus on strengthening international agricultural research cooperation and sharing India's agricultural innovations with countries in the Global South, particularly in Africa.
