Chandigarh, July 23 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday directed officials to promote startups across all districts and remove administrative bottlenecks, as the state outlined measures to boost industrial growth, employment and rural entrepreneurship under its 'Vision@2047' roadmap.

Reviewing the Vision to Action Plan with officials from micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME), industries, Startup Haryana and HSIIDC departments, the Chief Minister announced plans to establish 10 new industrial clusters under the PADMA (Programme to Accelerate Development for MSME Advancement) scheme, TOI reported.
