New Delhi, July 29 -- The Government has implemented various schemes to support the textile, handloom and handicraft sectors, including in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.

The information was provided by Minister of State for Textiles Pabitra Margherita in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha.

The schemes include the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for man-made fibre (MMF) textiles and technical textiles, the National Technical Textiles Mission (NTTM), SAMARTH, the National Handloom Development Programme, the Raw Material Supply Scheme (RMSS) and the National Handicrafts Development Programme (NHDP).
