New Delhi, March 23 -- Minister of State for Power Shripad Naik in written reply to a question in Parliament said that micro & small and medium enterprises are provided an interest subvention of 5 per cent and 3 per cent respectively under the Assistance in Deploying Energy Efficient Technologies in Industries and Establishments (ADEETIE) scheme for adopting suitable energy efficient technologies.
The interest subsidy under the scheme is provided for three years.
The scheme also offers technical support, including preparation of detailed project reports based on energy audits, along with monitoring and verification assistance, he added.
