New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- The Centre has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) by another 15 days, giving companies additional time to complete pending statutory filings.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), in an order, said the extension follows representations from stakeholders seeking more time to comply with statutory requirements.

The scheme, which allows companies to clear pending filings on the MCA-21 registry, will now remain operational until September 15, 2026.

The scheme's other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
