New Delhi, July 1 -- Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has begun a four-day official visit to France to participate in high-level bilateral engagements aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries.

A key engagement during the visit will be the India-France Economic and Financial Dialogue (EFD), which Sitharaman will co-chair with French Economy Minister Roland Lescure in Aix-en-Provence.

The dialogue will focus on expanding bilateral economic cooperation across various sectors and strengthening economic ties between India and France.
