Central Ministries, CPSEs Procure Rs 1.16 Lakh Crore From MSEs, 49.04% Of Total In FY26
New Delhi, July 31 -- Central ministries and Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) procured goods and services worth Rs 1.16 lakh crore from micro and small enterprises (MSEs) during FY 2025-26, accounting for 49.04 percent of their total procurement, the government informed the Lok Sabha.
According to data available on the MSME SAMBANDH portal, total procurement by central ministries and CPSEs stood at Rs 2,36,087.44 crore during FY26, of which Rs 1,15,798.39 crore was sourced from MSEs.
Women, SC/ST-Owned MSEs Account For Smaller Share
