Bengaluru, Sept. 11 -- A new Technology Centre (TC) of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) was inaugurated at Devanahalli in Bengaluru Rural district on Thursday, with capacity to train around 10,000 people annually in advanced technical skills.

Minister of State for MSME Shobha Karandlaje inaugurated the centre, which has been developed at an investment of Rs 156 crore on 10 acres provided by the Karnataka government.

The facility will specialise in Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) and provide training, technology development, design, prototyping, testing and production support to MSMEs.
