Lucknow, May 7 -- Union Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the government is committed to resolve issues faced by fruit growers.

On a two-day visit to Lucknow to participate in Fruit Horizon 2026, the minister interacted with fruit exporters and other stakeholders.

He said that Fruit Horizon 2026 is aimed at boosting fruit production, improving quality, and expanding exports.

The event seeks to bring together farmers, scientists, exporters, and industry stakeholders to deliberate on strategies for strengthening the horticulture sector and enhancing its contribution to the economy.
