Afghanistan, July 26 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Saturday that Russia is preparing to receive another 30,000 North Korean troops for the war in Ukraine, signalling a further expansion of military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.
Reuters, citing Zelensky's nightly video address, reported that the Ukrainian president said preparations to receive the additional troops had been underway in Russia's Voronezh region since June. He also said North Korea was preparing to supply Russia with new launchers for ballistic missiles.
