Afghanistan, April 13 -- Recep Tayyip Erdoğan accused Israel of committing "crimes" against civilians in Palestine and Lebanon, warning that Turkey could take military action if necessary.
Speaking at the International Conference of Asian Political Parties in Istanbul, Erdoğan said Israel was acting "without rules or principles," killing innocent civilians and ignoring humanitarian values.
He also condemned a recently approved Israeli law allowing the death penalty for certain Palestinian prisoners convicted of deadly attacks in military courts, calling the measure "barbaric."
