Afghanistan, April 15 -- Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News that the war involving Iran is approaching its conclusion, expressing confidence about a near end to hostilities.
Responding to a question from Fox News journalist Maria Bartiromo, Trump said he believes the conflict is "very close" to ending, although the full interview has not yet been publicly released.
Trump also defended the decision to launch military action, stating that intervention was necessary and claiming that without it, Iran could have already developed nuclear weapons capabilities.
