Afghanistan, May 22 -- Russian officials said a drone strike on a dormitory linked to an educational center in Luhansk killed four people and wounded at least 35 children.
Officials said the overnight strike hit a building housing students and teenagers in eastern Ukraine. Russian human rights official Yana Lantratova said about 86 teenagers aged between 14 and 18 were staying at the facility during the attack.
She said most of the casualties were children and teenagers. Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the Russian claims.
Luhansk remains one of the main front-line regions in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Moscow claims the region as part of Russian territory, while Kyiv and Western governments reject the annexation....
