Afghanistan, March 25 -- Qatar has postponed Shakira's Doha concert as the Israel-US-Iran war raises regional security concerns and disrupts major entertainment events across the Gulf.

Qatar's tourism authority said on Tuesday that Shakira's concert scheduled for April 1 in Doha has been postponed because of the "current regional situation."

A separate music festival in Abu Dhabi, where Shakira had also been set to perform, was likewise delayed, with organizers saying existing tickets would remain valid for the rescheduled date later this year.
