Afghanistan, May 20 -- Pakistani media reported that Mohsin Naqvi traveled to Tehran for the second time in less than a week to discuss regional tensions and diplomatic efforts with Iranian officials.
During the visit, Naqvi held meetings with Masoud Pezeshkian and other senior Iranian leaders. Iranian officials praised Pakistan's role in efforts aimed at reducing tensions and supporting regional ceasefire initiatives.
The visit comes as tensions between Iran and the United States remain high. Donald Trump recently said the war with Iran could end "very quickly," but warned military action could resume within days if no agreement is reached.
