Afghanistan, June 19 -- U.S. Vice President JD Vance said more than 12.5 million barrels of oil have passed through the Strait of Hormuz since Washington and Tehran signed a preliminary agreement aimed at ending hostilities and restoring maritime traffic.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance said on Thursday that approximately 12.5 million barrels of oil have transited the Strait of Hormuz following the signing of the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding intended to end the recent conflict between the two countries.
