Afghanistan, June 22 -- Zabihullah Mujahid announced that Juma Khan Fateh has been removed as Zabul deputy governor under new leadership appointments.
Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman for the current administration, announced the appointments on Monday, saying Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader had reshuffled several senior positions across government institutions. While new appointments were announced for multiple officials, Fateh was dismissed without being assigned a new role.
According to Mujahid, as part of the administrative reshuffle, Faizullah Tamim, the former head of the Standards and Quality Authority, has been appointed as his successor.
