Afghanistan, April 21 -- Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Donald Trump is trying to turn negotiations into "surrender talks" by maintaining a naval blockade and violating the ceasefire.

Ghalibaf said Tehran would not accept negotiations "under threat," warning that such pressure could be used to justify renewed conflict in the region.

He added that Iran has prepared "new cards on the battlefield" over the past two weeks, signalling readiness for escalation if needed, without giving details.

His remarks come as tensions remain high following stalled negotiations between Iran and the United States.

Trump said in a media interview that a potential agreement could be signed in Pakistan, though no confirmed talks have taken place so far.
