Afghanistan, June 30 -- India on Monday condemned Pakistan's recent airstrikes in eastern Afghanistan, saying the attacks, which reportedly killed and wounded civilians, violated Afghanistan's sovereignty and threatened regional peace and stability.

In a statement issued on June 29, India's Ministry of External Affairs said the strikes had caused civilian casualties, including women and children, describing the operation as a "blatant act of aggression" and "a direct threat to regional peace and stability."
