Afghanistan, Oct. 10 -- Indian authorities deployed tens of thousands of police and security personnel across New Delhi on Saturday and detained protesters ahead of a planned rally by the youth-led Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), which is demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in voter-list revisions.
