Afghanistan, March 4 -- As the war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran entered its fifth day, the Human Rights Activists News Agency reported that 1,097 civilians have been killed and 5,402 others wounded so far.
The U.S.-based rights group said on Wednesday that 181 children under the age of 10 were among the dead and 100 children were among the wounded.
HRANA said it has also received reports of 880 additional deaths that are still being verified and classified. The group reported that at least 104 attacks were carried out across 19 provinces of Iran in the past 24 hours, resulting in 31 civilian casualties.
