Afghanistan, July 26 -- A 300-member delegation of Uzbek traders, investors and senior officials has arrived in Kabul to attend the Afghanistan-Uzbekistan Business Forum and discuss opportunities to expand trade and investment between the two countries, Afghanistan's Chamber of Commerce and Investment said.
Ehsanullah Ehsan, spokesperson for the chamber, said a 120-member Uzbek delegation, including the governor of Fergana, arrived in Kabul on Sunday. The group joined a 180-member delegation led by Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khojaev, which arrived a day earlier, bringing the total number of Uzbek business and investment representatives to 300.
