Srinagar, May 4 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Additional General Secretary and Member of Parliament Chowdry Muhammad Ramzan Monday said that the Youth National Conference (YNC) serves as a springboard for nurturing leaders who go on to become integral parts of the party's parent body.

He made these remarks while addressing a meeting of the YNC North Kashmir, held today at the Nawa-e-Subha. The event was organized by Zahid Mughal, Zone President North Kashmir and was attended by YNC cadres from across the region. The event was Chaired by YNC Provincial President Kashmir Mir Mushtaq.
