Jammu, Oct. 6 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 06 (KNS): A fresh spell of rain and snowfall is likely over parts of Jammu and Kashmir in the next 24 hours under the influence of a Western Disturbance. According to Kashmir Weather, an independent weather forecaster based in Kashmir, thundershowers are likely at some places in the plains, while snowfall is possible over the extreme higher reaches. Temperatures have remained significantly above normal during the last few days, and hailstorms and gusty winds cannot be ruled out at a few places, it said.
