Srinagar, April 5 -- Former Jammu and Kashmir minister and ex-MLA Usman Majid on Sunday expressed concern over the condition of the Sumbal-Bandipora road, alleging that poor upkeep and traffic mismanagement were causing hardship to commuters. In a statement, Majid said long traffic jams and damaged stretches had affected daily movement of people, including patients, students and transporters.
