Jammu, Sept. 7 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 7 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday imposed traffic restrictions on several key stretches in the summer capital, including Gupkar Road and routes leading to the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC), in view of the inaugural ceremony of the 1st International Film Festival. A traffic advisory issued by the Srinagar Traffic Police accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) stated that no general vehicular movement would be allowed on Gupkar Road between 4 PM and 7 PM, with exemptions made only for invitees, participants, VIPs, and event staff.
