Jammu, Oct. 22 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 22 (KNS): A district-level committee in Srinagar on Thursday recommended two cases of undertrial prisoners for consideration of legal relief after reviewing four cases involving inmates lodged in Central Jail Srinagar. The recommendations were made during the fourth and final meeting of the Under Trial Review Committee (UTRC) for 2026, chaired by Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar Naseer Ahmad Dar, who also heads the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA).
