Jammu, June 23 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jun 23 (KNS): The district administration here on Tuesday granted permission for the 8th Muharram procession, allowing mourners to take out the traditional rally from Guru Bazar to Dalgate via Budshah Kadal and M.A. Road on June 24, officials said. The nod came after the District Magistrate, Srinagar, reviewed the security input from the Senior Superintendent of Police and imposed 14 stringent conditions to ensure law and order, communal peace and smooth movement of emergency services.
