SRINAGAR, May 20 -- A seminar on holistic education and balanced development of youth was organised in Srinagar on Tuesday in connection with the 36th martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq (RA).

The seminar, titled "Holistic Education for a Healthy Society: Nurturing the Mind and Body", was held at the auditorium of Islamia Higher Secondary School, Rajouri Kadal, and attended by academicians, students, teachers and members of Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam.

Students from several educational institutions across Kashmir participated in the programme and presented papers on the seminar theme.
