Jammu, Oct. 17 -- Share Tweet Share New Delhi, Oct 17 (KNS): The High Powered Enquiry Committee (HPEC), constituted by the Supreme Court of India to investigate incidents of violence at Jantar Mantar in Delhi and other places during July 2026, has launched a dedicated portal to receive complaints and representations from affected persons and other stakeholders.
