Srinagar, April 3 -- Peoples Conference president Sajad Gani Lone on Friday welcomed the magisterial inquiry ordered by Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha into the alleged encounter killing of a person in Ganderbal district, saying a transparent investigation was needed to ensure justice.
