Srinagar, May 30 -- J&K Peoples Conference President and MLA Handwara Sajad Gani Lone on Saturday paid warm and heartfelt tributes to former MLA and veteran political leader Mohammad Sultan Pandithpuri on the solemn occasion of his first death anniversary.
