Jammu, July 29 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 29 (KNS): A group of retail textile merchants in Kupwara has formally dissociated itself from an individual claiming to be the president of the textile segment, saying he does not represent the traders and lacks any democratic mandate. In a memorandum addressed to the Chairman of the Traders Federation Kupwara, the merchants in a statement said they unanimously rejected the claim of Mohd Iqbal Shah of Langoo Textiles to the post of president of the textile segment, alleging that the position was assumed without their consent or knowledge.
