Srinagar, May 12 -- Continuing its crackdown on drug trafficking under the 'Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan', Srinagar Police has attached an immovable property-including a double-storeyed residential house and land-valued at approximately Rs 1.2 crore in the Hazratbal area here, officials said on Tuesday.
The attached property, situated at Gasoo Hazratbal, belongs to Maqsood Hussain Khan, son of Abdul Majeed Khan, a resident of Banday Lane Hazratbal, presently residing at Gasoo Hazratbal.
The action was carried out by Police Station Nigeen under Section 68(F)(1) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985. The attachment is linked to FIR No. 42/2023 under Sections 8/20, 21, 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station...
