Police foil terror bid in north Kashmir; foreign-made pistols, ammunition seized
Jammu, June 9 -- Share Tweet Share Baramulla, Jun 9 (KNS) ; Security forces have recovered two pistols, magazines and 13 live rounds after a vehicle checking operation led to the arrest of a man in north Kashmir's Baramulla district. An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) a mobile vehicle checking point was established by Baramulla Police and 52 Rashtriya Rifles at Chandsuma, Kanispora, near the FCI Godown on June 7. During checking, a white Maruti Brezza bearing registration number JK02DN-6527, travelling from Srinagar towards Baramulla, was intercepted for inspection.
