Jammu, Oct. 30 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and MLA Pulwama Waheed-ur-Rehman Para on Friday alleged that Jammu and Kashmir had suffered a financial setback of around Rs 1,000 crore after the High Court quashed demands related to hydropower water usage charges dating back to 2010. In a post on X, MLA Para said the High Court had struck down the water usage charges, alleging that the administration's failure to effectively defend the case had resulted in the loss of a crucial revenue opportunity for the Union Territory.
