Jammu, Oct. 12 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 12 (KNS): More than 40 per cent of civil works on the Additional Accommodation Block at Zila Sainik Welfare Bhawan in Batamaloo have been completed, officials informed Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo during an inspection on Monday. Labroo, who also inspected the under-construction District Circuit House at Bemina, directed executing agencies to accelerate work on both projects while ensuring adherence to prescribed quality standards and stipulated timelines.
