Jammu, Sept. 25 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 25 (KNS): Flash floods and cloudbursts have caused widespread devastation across Jammu and Kashmir, damaging over 24,000 residential structures, more than 5,000 roads and affecting nearly one lakh hectares of crop area, according to official data. In a written reply to a starred question tabled by MLA Shakti Raj Parihar (Doda West) in the ongoing autum session of legislative Assembly, the Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction (DMRRR) as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) said the damages pertained to the years 2025-26 and 2026-27.
