Jammu, Sept. 10 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Sep 10 (KNS): The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has re-arrested a drug trafficking accused who had escaped from its custody in Jammu, following a three-day multi-state manhunt involving police forces of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab. The accused, identified as Aqib Bashir, fled from NCB custody in Jammu and travelled towards Jalandhar via the Pathankot route, an official said. During his run, he allegedly took shelter in a forested area near Narwal Fruit Mandi and changed his appearance by shaving his beard and changing his clothes in an attempt to evade detection.
