Jammu, Aug. 26 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Aug 26 (KNS): The ruling National Conference (NC) has approached the Congress with a fresh offer to join the Omar Abdullah-led Jammu and Kashmir government ahead of the proposed expansion of the council of ministers, state Congress president Tariq Hameed Karra said on Wednesday. Karra confirmed to KNS that the NC had reached out to the Congress and offered the party a berth in the council of ministers. "We have been approached by the National Conference. The matter is under consideration and the party will announce its decision tomorrow," Karra said.
