Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- Authorities on Thursday ordered the reopening of the 40-kilometer-long Mughal Road for vehicular traffic from Friday, providing a major connectivity boost between the Kashmir Valley and the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch.
