Srinagar, April 7 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Additional General Secretary and Member of Rajya Sabha, Chowdry Muhammad Ramzan onTuesday welcomed the passage of the Private Universities Bill, 2026 in the J&K Legislative Assembly, terming it a landmark legislative reform poised to redefine the higher education landscape of Jammu and Kashmir.
