Srinagar, April 2 -- National Conference Rajya Sabha member Mian Altaf Ahmad has written to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, flagging the "prolonged" vacancy of key positions at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, officials said on Wednesday.
