Jammu, June 15 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, June 15 (KNS): J&K Peoples Democratic Party General Secretary Mohammad Khurshid Alam on Monday urged the Jammu and Kashmir Government to immediately initiate comprehensive preparations for the upcoming observance of Muharram-ul-Haram, saying that ensuring all essential civic and public services during the sacred month is both an administrative duty and a moral responsibility.
