Jammu, April 1 -- In a landmark development for the people of District Ramban, particularly the Banihal-Gool constituency, the Private Member's Bill titled "Establishment of University Campus at Banihal Bill", moved by MLA Banihal Mr. Sajjad Shaheen, was successfully passed in the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly today.
