Kupwara, May 9 -- MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed on Friday visited the family affected by a fire incident in the Khano area of Langate in north Kashmir's Kupwara district and assured them of all possible assistance. Soon after receiving information about the incident, the MLA reached the spot, assessed the damage caused by the fire and interacted with the affected family members. Khursheed said that if the family is not covered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh would be provided from his Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
