Budgam, May 26 -- Expressing profound grief and outrage over the brutal rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl in the Galwampora area of Budgam, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Budgam and noted Advocate Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi on Tuesday offered to personally fight the legal battle for the victim's family, asserting that the perpetrators must not be allowed to escape accountability.
