Jammu, April 27 -- Srinagar, Apr 27 (KNS); Expressing grave concern over what he termed a rising pattern of coercive measures across Jammu and Kashmir, Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq on Monday sought clarity from the Lieutenant Governor's administration and the elected government on the invocation of stringent laws against a prominent educational institute.
In a post on X, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said multiple agencies were increasingly pursuing ordinary citizens under various pretexts, with properties of locals being confiscated.
