In a post on X, Mirwaiz said he was not informed of any reason for the restrictions imposed on his movement. He alleged that the action came shortly after the Mutahida Majlis-e-Ulema (MMU) raised concerns over the reported sale of pork in Kashmir, and questioned the timing of the restrictions.
